Capacity Building Training Program

Through the office the RDC, we have organized a one day workshop to discuss with young people in our communities.  The primary objective of this workshop is to empower youth through targeted training and mentorship initiatives, equipping them with essential skills in crisis management, leadership, global awareness, mindset transformation, climate change awareness, and private sector engagement.

These skills will catalyze substantial improvements in their community and family engagement, thereby expanding their opportunities and contributing significantly to poverty alleviation, climate action, and personal development.

Furthermore, the workshop seeks to serve as a strategic platform for fostering both business and social networks. It will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, the sharing of experiences, and the dissemination of success stories among participants and speakers. This is happening on 2nd November 2023.
